The Eichholz Law Firm is Hiring an Intake Specialist Near Savannah, GA
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls from potential new clients
- Accurately applying the firm’s criteria, protocol and procedures to each new lead
- Following up on potential leads via email, text, and/or phone
- Interviewing potential new clients to gather information needed to pre-qualify cases
- Collecting client information and drafting incident summaries
- Vetting the legal claims or prospective clients
- Preparing paperwork needed to onboard new clients
- Obtaining signatures and other essential documents and qualifiers from clients
- Explaining, kindly and professionally, when the firm will not be able to assist a prospective client
- Scheduling appointments with our investigators
- Resolving problems and handling client’s issues in a professional manner
- Updating and maintaining case database and spreadsheets
- Submitting claims to the attorneys for review as needed
- Review cases with co-counsel
- Making appropriate and knowledgeable referrals
- Conduct regular case reviews with department leads
- Meeting with walk-in clients
- Daily voicemail maintenance
- Daily maintenance of the shared team email inbox
- Performing client relation responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and conflict resolution
- Adding leads and new clients to our case management system and constructing client files
- Handling outgoing and incoming mail
- Draft, edit and send out legal documents and correspondence
- Work to maintain and establish new relationships
